The core team is made up of Chris Hoyt and Gerry Crispin of CareerXroads; Roy Baladi of Smart Recruiters; Brad Cook of Intuitive Surgical; Ralph Rabbat of Consider.com; Maren Hogan from Red Branch Media, and Jack Coapman of GR8 People.
But RecruitersRecruitingRecruiters planning committee also boasts industry veterans from HRTech companies including PhenomPeople, Paiger, Lever, The Talent Board, combined with highly visible TA leaders from companies like Nike, EY, Hilton, Marriott, United Airlines, Intuitive Surgical, CVS, Uber, and more.
Hoyt and CXR co-founder Gerry Crispin enlisted the help of an all-star team including SmartRecruiters’ Roy Baladi who co-founded a similar philanthropic movement, Jobs for Lebanon to great success, Consider’s Ralph Rabbat, and Intuitive Surgical’s Brad Cook to create a community-powered platform.
This team spearheaded the technical architecture concept to scrape and aggregate roles from hundreds of corporate career sites. The goal was no additional burden on the companies who are already dealing with so much.
